Wireless network with upgrade PCs are being supplied to DHI through another capital funding bid. However, main aim of project is to encourage clients to create video podcasts/blogs and audio podcasts of their experiences. The BCE project criteria has been added to this community initiative and will now form part of the community requirement for the BC project.
